Ask an Expert is a one-off, 90-minute consultation where we meet with parents or legal guardians to discuss your child’s developmental history, concerns, and any strategies already tried. This session will not provide a diagnosis, but is an opportunity to:
 

• Explore possible explanations, such as transition, autism, trauma or anxiety
   

• Provide some strategies for you to implement at home in areas of concern (these will be discussed in the session and written guidance provided to support you beyond the sessions where appropriate)
   

• Develop tailored recommendations for next steps to suit your child and family​ - this could include a parent consultation to check in how the strategies are going at home, recommendations for assessments or 1:1 sessions

 
With no pressure to proceed further, this session provides expert guidance and clarity, support for you at home, and helping you make a well-informed decision about your child’s next steps.
