DO YOU WORK INDIVIDUALLY WITH CHILDREN?
Yes. I strive to make children feel relaxed and at ease during my session. This is done through a warm, caring and calm environment. Many parents have said they are surprised at how well their child did during my sessions with them.
CAN I BOOK YOU FOR MY CONFERENCE?
I am available to deliver keynote presentations on a range of topics, such as attachment, SEND, mental well-being, resilience and self-regulation. If you want me to tailor my talks to a particular topic that is available on request.
DO YOU DO STAFF CPD INSET AND TRAINING DAYS?
Yes I have worked in many schools delivering training to staff. This includes senior leaders, teachers and teaching assistants. This can be delivered as a full inset, half-day or as a twilight session.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AUTISTIC CHILDREN?
Yes. I worked in an autistic school for a number of years and have lots of experience providing support to autistic children and their families.
CAN YOU HELP ME SET UP A NURTURE GROUP AT SCHOOL?
Yes. Nurture groups are becoming increasingly popular in schools, as the evidence of their benefits becomes more known. If you are looking for support in setting up a nurture group then please get in touch.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR ELSA TRAINING?
Yes. More and more schools are looking at ELSAs (emotional literacy support assistants). These are usually teachers or teaching assistants who have had special training from educational psychologists to support the emotional development of children and young people in school.
