Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA)
Training and Supervision

Asset 1.png
Like Educators, our goal is to make a positive difference to young minds. It is widely recognised that children learn better and are happier in school if their emotional needs are met. ELSA trained Teaching Assistants develop and deliver individualised support programmes that achieve this.

Our ELSA training and supervision is overseen by Dr Pippa Busch, contributor to ELSA Network training resources alongside ELSA founder Sheila Burton.
